Sizing reference, see imperial table below, but (if you're like Hake): James Hake finds medium usually good, if a touch fitted and near-snug but not too annoyingly tight, but also likes size large as roomy and comfortable as well, and not overly baggy, he thinks. (Note Hake doesn't usually wash or dry hot, but low heat, and usually tap cold wash — which btw the product actually recommends.)
